Impact of increasing MID SERVER MEMORY SIZE

Please suggest I increase Mid sever Heap memory size from 1024 to 4096

and my Heap space Issue is resolved

 

But I want to know do we have any impact on increasing Heap size memory in MID SERVER with other applications which uses the same mid server

your question is pretty unspecific, and thus it is not possible to answer seriously. Too many aspects have to be considered and you have not provided any more details.

The short answer is: As long as the MID server is still running and visible in ServiceNow you can increase the memory size. However any impacts can only be evaluated when having a holistic look into your instance and MID server maschines.
