Hi,
I have a question regarding "Most recent discovery", when I take the list of Windows servers and filter them out by most recent discovery as the last 90 days, we see more than 300 + servers filtered out and showing as "not discovered for years", but still in operational Status. ideally, what need to be done on these servers, can we go ahead and change to Retired after validating with my server team? why this is not getting discovered, any troubleshooting steps pls?

If they are not getting discovered that means they are stale. Create workflow for staleness and if they are not discovered for certain number of days then retire them.

Thanks @Pratiksha . Assume, I can make this as retired, and keep this out of discovery. but, my other scenario is what may be the reason it is not discovered, thought is is in active? can we identify using the error logs?

Do a quick discovery on few IP's. Check with Infra team about the changes on CI's. Check the credentials.

@Pratiksha , do you mind share how your workflow looks like?
