Problem.Fixes Notification how is it triggered.

Recently noticed when filling out change requests receiving the following email notification:

Looking for the root cause on why the email is triggered.

To receive this notification, refer to the following property.

"List of related task records (comma-separated) to track as fixes for this Problem."

In this property, change request has been added in the OOB. If you do not want to receive this particular notification for the change request, you can remove that from the property.
