Service configuration Item association table relationship

Hi Everyone,

 

Hope you are doing well.

 

When I removed mainframe CI from application service map usually it removes the relationship from Service configuration Item association table but it is still showing the relationship in Service configuration Item association table. Can anyone explain me what could be the reason that relationship is still showing up in that table
