Already checked roles and preferences but no luck. And looks like the dashboard is configured in UI Builder.

Thanks,

Tads

Hi @Tadz

Not 100% sure, try to repair the CMDB and UI builder plugin once.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG , thanks for your response I tried repairing the plugin for cmdb workspace as the dashboard is part of that application. However it is saying "unable to repair plugin".

Hi @Tadz

Try sych the plugin first and then try to repair it? if still issue, log a now support case.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG , I did some trial and error.
1. Created a dummy user - copied same groups/roles (issue not replicated)

2. Duplicated the user - tried to remove the group/roles 1 by 1. (issue replicated)

3. compared dummy user and duplicated user and as per finding the "country code" field seems to cause the issue.
3.1 when I try to remove the country code field the issue is fixed.

However I'm not sure why it fixed it for the specific user..
