Need help in understanding "Non-compliant CIs by owner" what does it indicate on CMDB Health Dashboard

It indicates the CIs which do NOT meet the compliance health-metric criteria defined. The OOB filter shows CIs belonging to cmdb_ci_service class only. So you can find the compliance criteria by going to CI class manager, opening the 'Service' CI class and clicking on 'Compliance' tab under 'Health' menu.
For doing the group by owner for non-compliant CIs, the value in the field named 'Ownership' on cmdb_health_result table is considered here.
