How do you monitor, measure, and manage the health of your CSDM?
As the CSDM manager at my company, I want to ensure it is always in tip top shape, but other than making sure every service/offering has a concise description, support group, and owner assigned, I'm not sure what else to do.
The CSDM Data Foundations Dashboard is not helpful at all.
We just upgraded to Washington. Anything in that version that might be useful?
Looking forward to insight from the community.

Hi @Michele O_Dell , I highly recommend to utilize the CMDB Health Dashboard, there is almost everything available what you need to ensure a complete and consistent CMDB.
Also I recommend the App Data Content Manager. The vendor will also help to setup this for you requirements. It's a Application build in ServiceNow with in my opinion a fair price structure.

The CSDM Data Foundations dashboard is to track CSDM health. The things you are attempting to track are required data points within individual records. This is more of a CMDB activity - for example, recommended fields for a CI Class within CMDB Class Manager - than a CSDM activity, with one exception: automation exists in the base platform to cascade certain ownership fields from a Technical Service Offering to its child Dynamic CI Group and the Dynamic CI Group's contains CIs. This simplifies management of these CIs but of course requires alignment with your organization as this support model may not match how you currently manage ownership, assignment or approval. This Docs site page contains more info.
The CSDM Data Foundations Dashboard is divided up into maturity phases, but each phase contains CSDM Foundation Indicators that principally track CSDM relationship progress, as this is what the CSDM is fundamentally about (relationships between services, infrastructure, and design and consumption of those services). It is also worth mentions that in each phase you are not seeing all of the "indicators" (click the View all link). These metrics are contained within the CSDM Data Foundation Metric Score [sn_getwell_csdm_score] table. It may be worth investigating whether the metrics you are looking for are actually here, but hidden initially when loading the Dashboard, or on a different maturity stage tab?
