I know some of these objects / classes extend beyond the core CSDM, but I'm looking for the best way to describe the relationships between:
1) Requested Items and Service (Request) Catalogues
2) Service (Request) Catalogues and Service Offerings
and
3) Service Provider Groups and Service Offerings
... in a way that will resonate with a customer's data model.
Also - I know that Services -> Service Offerings have a Parent / Child relationship, but is there a better descriptor too? A "Technical Service" uses / provides "a Technical Service Offering" for example.
I'm currently using:
"Service Request Catalogue" generates / results in "Requested Items"
"Service Offerings" presents / offers "Service Request Catalogue(s)"
and "Service Offerings" supported / operated by "Service Provider Groups"
Any thoughts on better descriptors?
