Building a report for password resets

Hi all, looking at building a report servicenow that captures all password reset data in the UK&ROI over the last 6 months. Would be good to see it the data for each platform and if we can see if a Knowledge article has been used or not.

So far I have my location, resolved, knowledge article show as empty and short description for password resets and I'm churning out just 4.2k tickets. Am I missing anything?

I faced the same issue trying to report on password resets in ServiceNow. The key was filtering by the correct catalog item and using "Requested Item" with specific variables. Once I added that to a custom report and grouped by user/request date, things clicked. I now monitor reset trends more efficiently—similar to how I use Phonexa for tracking lead flow in marketing.
