Agent Workspace and Dispatcher Workspace

Not able to access these workspaces. Have downloaded the FSM and CSM plugins.

Hello @AnanyaT 

I would recommend to install these two in your PDI and then notice that you have CSM/FSM Configurable workspace. If yes, then maybe you need to repair or uninstall and install it again in your instance.
