checkbox is not visible under the work notes in incident

after  upgrading the instance check box is not visible under the work notes in incident.

here there is no checkbox after upgrade to tokyo.

There are a few possible reasons why the checkbox is not visible under the work notes. Another reason could be (VERY SILLY)

The checkbox is there but the font color is white, so it's not visible. It happened once to me. 😄

You can verify that by inspecting the page from browser console.
