How to configure list layout in CSM agent workspace?

Hi,

How I can configure list layout in CSM agent workspace? I thought this would'v been possible by changing list layout of this specific table from back end's slushbucket, in this case from table sn_customerservice_case_list.do, but changes I do there, does not correlate to CSM agent workspace.

For example, if I want to change short description to description and delete account and contact fields from this layout in CSM agent workspace in page https://[instance_name].service-now.com/now/cwf/agent/list ; how I can do this? Is there some place in backend where I can configure this, or should I use UiBuilder for this?

Hello Miikka,

Just a request, Please make sure you write 'Configurable' before writing just 'Workspace' because we often confuse configurable workspace with legacy workspace 🙂
