Following the Madrid Patch 7 installation, my instance is no longer waking up giving me the error message:
"Your instance is so sleepy that we are unable to wake it up at this time. Please wait a few minutes and try again"
I've tried a couple of times and have waited 24 hours and I'm still getting the same error message.

You need ServiceNow employees to answer that question. Most of us are just willing to help community members and can't actually do anything about your instance. That's also why I mentioned the Instance Help community, that one is monitored by ServiceNow employees who can actually look at your instance.

Hi,
Your instance is under maintenance by the servicenow team. It will automatically come online, after the maintenance completes. Have to wait till the maintenance is completed. Note it is taking longer time then usual. Lot of issues of the same has been report. So i suggest you to be patient. Will be restored soon 🙂
Also Try this https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/restore-pdi/ to restore your instance.
Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also mark Helpful if you find my response worthy.
Thanks,

Hi RamS,
Do we have an estimated time frame as to when this will be restored?
