Hi All/ @Ankur Bawiskar / @Sandeep Rajput ,
What is the OOB behavior if user is not present in system & HR agent click skip verification how opened for, Subject person fill will be populated ?
Let's agent want to manually enter the user name which is not present in the system & getting the error message, so want to know how agent do use skip verification for the user not in system ?

@abirakundu23 Currently, there is no way to track if the verification was skipped by the agent.

Usually agent needs "skip verification" if user is anonymous or separated so, in that scenario if user create a HR case then what is expected "opened for" and "Subject Person" field value in OOB ? Our customer mentioned like before Yokoyama version upgrade of customer instance Agent was able to select user manually.
Could you share your thought process or any idea ?

@abirakundu23 In order to select an opened for or subject person, the corresponding record should be present in the sys_user table. A case can be created without an opened for or subject person but selecting a value which isn't present in the sys_user table is not allowed.
