@abirakundu23 Currently, there is no way to track if the verification was skipped by the agent.

Hi @Sandeep Rajput ,

Usually agent needs "skip verification" if user is anonymous or separated so, in that scenario if user create a HR case then what is expected "opened for" and "Subject Person" field value in OOB ? Our customer mentioned like before Yokoyama version upgrade of customer instance Agent was able to select user manually.

Could you share your thought process or any idea ?

Hi @Sandeep Rajput ,

Could you please clarify my yesterday's post ?

Usually agent needs "skip verification" if user is anonymous or separated so, in that scenario if user create a HR case then what is expected "opened for" and "Subject Person" field value in OOB ? Our customer mentioned like before Yokoyama version upgrade of customer instance Agent was able to select user name manually for opened for  or Subject person field.

@abirakundu23 In order to select an opened for or subject person, the corresponding record should be present in the sys_user table. A case can be created without an opened for or subject person but selecting a value which isn't present in the sys_user table is not allowed.
