Unable to Add Agents in Manager Workspace

Hi All,

I am trying to add Shifts to agents using the new Workforce Optimization module using the manager workspace.

I went to Manager Workspace -> Lists -> Schedule Plan. Created a Schedule .

Then I went to Work Shift, Agent Tab and when clicking on Add Agents I do not see any agents to add. Please let me know what am I missing.

They should have awa_agent role. Then you can see here.
