I created a virtual agent flow for a custom case table form base case table where I am asking for attachment from the user, I am applying VA script to add the attachment to custom case table
For admin it is working as expected i.e it is attaching the attachments to the case record and case is getting created but for normal user- snc_internal, it is not working and throwing error :
can anyone please help me! I am stuck in this from a week now.
