How do I add an approval workflow in CWM (Yokohama)

Is there is any step-by-step guide for setting this up?

Hi @UlrichA,

 

Collaborative Work Management (CWM) is a subject of a plugin (Install Collaborative Work Management) which isn't installed in my PDI so I cannot shall you the exact location but if you install it in yours, there should be Guided Setup which is available for most of the features in SN and with that you can go step by step explaining with links and everything and once completed you can mark it to remember what steps are done:

See my example with GS for CSM (don't forget to click on Get startedšŸ˜ž

Once you get there it will start to makes sense to you. It's an underestimated part of ServiceNow!
