Configure an AI Assistant or Siri for Quick Action Menus, for Now, Mobile App to directly view the modules related to HRSD.
For Example:- Create an HR case, My Requests, My Assets, My Tasks, etc.
Configure the Phrases to an AI Assitant/Siri for doing the operation which we set, on voice monologue it will execute the operation. For example : When I say, “Open HR Tasks”, it will redirect to HR Task Table.
Configure a Voice Notification to Now Mobile App for HRSD, for the modifications on the process or for any request or task that gets assigned.
For Example: Abel Tutor got assigned to a Task, He will get a Voice Notification from an AI Assistant/Siri on his phone.
