Hello, please forgive my unfamiliar English.
I have two questions about the email_client function in the More option of the HR task table header.
1. Where are the defaults defined for the recipient, CC and BCC?
2. If I want to set default values for these values, is it possible to customize them?

Hi @honamiUeo you can add users email like below.
Example for incident table. cc adds caller email ID
Go to email client template table and create a record like below,

The Email Client is not limited to HR. That can be enabled for pretty much any table if I remember the documentation correctly. Speaking of, this link should give you everything you need to know about configuring the email client.

Thank you for the detailed information with pictures.
I can confirm that the Email client is currently true from the Dictionary Entry in this table, but do you know where I can check to see which email templete is being applied?
