I have two questions about the email_client function in the More option of the HR task table header.
1. Where are the defaults defined for the recipient, CC and BCC?
2. If I want to set default values for these values, is it possible to customize them?

Hi @honamiUeo you can add users email like below.
Example for incident table. cc adds caller email ID
Go to email client template table and create a record like below,
Sorry for asking so many questions.
Right now by default, cc and subject are automatically filled in.
However, none of the email Client templates have cc and subject set by default, and if you know where this is set from, please let me know.
