Accessing Rest API Explorer

I am brand new here and I can't find the way to access the rest API explorer in my developer instance

Are you an admin of the instance? If not please check with an admin to add web_service_admin, rest_api_explorer to your profile for you to access the Rest API explorer.

Please check if you have admin role on dev instance.

You can try on your PDI first.
