Add additional comments field on change form

Hi All,

I have to add additional comments field in change form as same as it is present in incident.

I have to add this in change form in the related list. Please help me.

Hi Tejaswani,

both fields additional comments and work notes are present on change request table. only you need to configure the form design/layout.

Hi Tejaswani,

"Additional Comments" field is available in the slush bucket. you can select that with help of form layout from the configure option.

Hi Tejaswini,

Additional comment field is already present on Change form. Please check in Notes section and click on 'show all journal fields' on change form.

If you want value or content of additional fields(same as incident form) then need to use client script on change_request and glide incident table in script include.
