I'm trying something very direct and really simple here.
In my CSM/FSM Configurable workspace, I have created a new UX List Category and 5 UX Lists under it.
As an admin I'm able to see the new list category and all the 5 lists under it.
But as a non-admin, I'm only able to see 3 lists.
This is so weird because all the 5 lists have the exact same configuration (table, filter, columns, etc.... Yeah, I tried insert and stay to create the records too).
If this was a role-related issue, none of the lists should show. But that is not the case.
Has anybody faced this issue before or is ServiceNow broken?

Thanks a lot, Sandeep! I almost thought ServiceNow was broken 😛
