App Engine Studio - Installation on PDI

I have spun up a fresh PDI and I'm attempting to install some common plugins/apps. But I cannot seem to install App Engine Studio, it hangs on the screenshot below and sometimes a transaction timeout message pops up.

I tried switching to Classic App Manager, but the same thing happens. (also tried to not include demo data, but still the same thing)

Anyone else experienced this/ have advice on how I can get it to install correctly?

App Engine should be installed by default.  Go to the dev homepage and change your role from admin to app engine
