Assign group when a major incident is PROPOSED

I wonder how to auto assign to a certain group when user click on Propose major incident.

Hi @Nico12 

You can make use of Assignment Rule for your requirement. Create a New Assignment Rule by navigating to All > System Policy > Rules > Assignment. Refer below screenshots for config:

Configure the Major Incident State as per requirement to Accepted or Proposed.

Configure the Assignment Group as per your requirement.
