ATF Micro certification

I have completed the ATF related courses and completed the micro certification assessment in now learning. Whether I had acquired the ATF certification or should I take the external exam to be ATF certified.

I have the pdf of completed one but there is no number in the pdf mentioned.

Is it reported under your micro-certifications on NowLearning? If not: create a case with NowLearning. If it's there, you have your certification (ATF is a micro certification). Not sure if they ever have numbers, to be honest.

Hi @priya1130 ,

Micro certification will not have any number for  you certificate accreditation as it's not Main line certification.

Only main line certifications like CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM,CIS-HRSD, CIS-..., would have a number.

There is no External exam available for ATF apart from micro-certification.

ATF did not come in the mainline. Micro certs means , you get any idea about specific module.

I did all the  Automated Test Framework (ATF) courses assuming that i will be provided with a certificate. I finished all the courses in ATF but no Certificate is provided. Anyone on the same boat having the same issue.

How can i get the ATF certification from servicenow. I'll be finishing with my current employer soon. Is servicenow able to provide the certificate or No?
