Automatically setting company on user creation

Hello,

Looking for a bit of help with setting up our user data.

Bit of background to our config.

We are a MSP with multiple companies supported through our single instance, all of the companies have been created, however, I can't figure out a way to automatically set the company for the user, rather than me having to go through and manually set it on each user form.

We have 140 companies with almost 2000 users, so doing this manually isn't an option.

 

We will be using Entra to provision the users into the instance, but have 45 tenants that will be integrating in (multiple companies are on one tenant).

 

Some of our companies will be using the same domain, so can't set them based on email address, we do use the department field on Entra to separate the different customers, would using this field help to adjust the import for the users?
