Hello,

We have a need to allow customers to go to a third-party website to browse its catalog items and place orders. The thrid party provided specs on how to send requests and what's returned in the responses.

My questions are:

1. In order for ServiceNow to initiate the request and receive the response, is IntegrationHub plugin required?

2. If the answer is no to the first question, then what is the approach to achieve this?
