Blank email notification is sent to the user

Hello,

One of our customer received the blank email without any content just with the Reference number like below, when i checked the email

also the email body is empty like below.

The email is triggered with empty content and the condition for the notification is met ( The notification is to send the email for the caller of the ticket). Please help me.

I think the email might be using mail scripts and in mail scripts there might be some conditions which caller was not fulfilling so it triggered a blank email.

Thank you for your response, Actually the notification is old one and there is no issue in the conditions and it is working, but recently for one of our caller it triggered an empty email and i am not able to reproduce the same issue.

Sometimes it happens because of problems in the PROD instance environment.
