Can we remove New Interaction & Incident from agent workspace in custom application??

Hi @Delapan ,

Go to 'Configure Workspace' by clicking on Profile,

Scroll down to 'New Record Menu items' related list and deactivate, make sure you are in proper scope, I guess for you should be in 'ITSM Workspace' scope, mark my answer as correct if that helps

Hi, Any guidance on where to configure this change (remove create interaction from the add button) for the new Agent Workspace for HR Case Management?  The procedures above are not applicable.  I am guessing it is in UI Builder somewhere, but now sure where to look.

I was able to get this working

  • Navigate to Now Experience Framework > Experiences
  • Search the term HR Agent Workspace on the Title column and open the record
  • Within the UX Page Properties related list, open the record where the name is chrome_tab
  • Update json and remove the highlighted
