Hi,
While working on the Change Schedule, our team decided that they want to replace the Configuration Item and Duration columns with the Assignment Group (see screenshot).
I found that there is a way to customize this, but it is not really recommended to customize it. So I need to find an alternative to this so I thought maybe creating a report that I could do to mirror the Change Schedule.
I tried the pivot type on report, but it doesn't quite look like the Change Schedule.
Does anyone know how I can create this design using Reporting or maybe duplicating the OOB code for the Change Schedule or maybe creating a custom widget?
Any help or advise would be truly appreciated. This is an important piece for our Change process and I really could the assistance.
