Hello everyone,
I was trying to configure Sensitive data detection on Virtual Agent Settings, but I am not able to make it work properly because of the following issue:
When I try to activate it, I have to select the conversation flow that should have sensitive data detection:
But here, when I mark one of the elements, for example "Requester to Virtual Agent", all checkboxes disappear:
And when I save I am not sure (I guess no) if the configuration is saved properly.
I have tried with Chrome and Edge to check if this is a Browser related issue, but same behavior is present in both.
Is anyone aware of this issue? Could you provide a workaround to configure this, as it seems imposible from Conversational Interfaces Settings.

Hi @Enrique Avello ,
When you Try to select the "Requester to Virtual Agent". Yes i agree with you that boxes will disappear and it is a bug.Just do the below steps :-
Step-1 Select any desired option.
Step-2 Toggle the Active Button and select yes turn it off.
Step-3 Don't refresh the page . Toggle the active button and turn on. Your box will appear with selection.
