Per Requirements, once the catalog tasks are complete and closed in the first initial RITM, the first initial RITM will close and a second (new) RITM will be created with additional catalog task. The issues are, when the second (new) RITM it created, it does carry over the base information from the first initial RITM. The first screenshot is from the first initial RITM that has all the information, but on the second screenshoot, the Second RITM that was created after the first RITM closed, is missing information Example below (Requester For, Title, Email, Phone, Department, etc.).

Can you provide more information, why do you want to create another RITM?
Can you create the required task in the same RITM? We dont usually create an RITM after an RITM is complete.
