Create an custom select type multiple in UI Page

Hi,

I want to create an UI Page like the image below. What is the name of this kind of select and is it possible that inside  a UI Page has already had an special tag for this ?

The name of this type of field is List Collector. There is a tag in UI page to create the list collector.
