Currently I have an email notification set for the incident table when additional comments change. The email notification is set to go to "Opened by" and "Assigned to" anytime an additional comment is added.
Is there a way for me to set this so that if "Opened by" adds an additional comment the email is only sent to "Assigned to" and when "Assigned to" replies back, only "Opened by" gets the email instead of them both getting an email every time?

Hi,
You could uncheck the "send to event creator" box for this...so that they themselves wouldn't get it, even though they're listed on the user field setting.
