Having a requirement to send a same email to 8k+ users belongs to different branches of an organization from ServiceNow.
Pls help me with below questions,
1. Is it possible to send an email to 8k+ users from ServiceNow?
2. Should 8k+ needs to be selected on records to send an email?
3. May i know the different approaches to send an email to 8k+ users from ServiceNow?
Please let me know if there is any other key considerations on this case.

what's the purpose of sending email?
is it some kind of reminder to complete the assigned tasks or any approvals etc?
what action they will do once they get email?
You can use scheduled job, event etc OR flow designer to send Email

You can do this easily in ServiceNow. For these kinds of communications, there is a module called Target Communication available in ServiceNow, where you can define a specific recipient list and use it for mass communication.

Thanks for your guide. But even after publishing the publication(target communication), i can see no email sent out of ServiceNow.
Note: checked the email logs.

Hi @PriyaGanesh
Are you testing in PDI? If yes, then emails are restricted in PDI and won’t work. You can only view the status there.
