Engagement Messenger content not showed when user not logged in Servicenow Instance

Hello community,

I'm trying to setup the Engagement Messenger. But I'm facing an issue:

When I logged in on Servicenow instance, the Engagement Messenger content is pop up on the client website.

But if I didn't do that, just access the client website, nothing is showed. I expect it will show something, at least the header and the articles.

Do you have any approach to handle this issue?

I found a solution: 

Set glide.set_x_frame_options to false (following this post)
