Engagement Risk Rating showing N/A in TPRM

Hi Team,

In Third Party Risk Management, I am facing an issue where the Engagement Risk Summary is showing the Risk Rating as N/A, and under Risk Areas it shows “No records to display.”

I would like to understand:

  • What are the prerequisites for Engagement Risk Scoring to work?

  • Is there any scheduled job or background process that calculates the Engagement Risk Rating?

  • Do internal or external assessments need to be completed before the risk score is generated?

  • Are there any specific configurations or tables (risk areas, weights, scoring rules) that must be enabled or populated?

  • Can this risk score be calculated manually, or does it only run via a scheduled job?

Any guidance on how to enable or trigger Engagement Risk Scoring so that values start appearing instead of N/A would be very helpful.
