Hi Team,
In Third Party Risk Management, I am facing an issue where the Engagement Risk Summary is showing the Risk Rating as N/A, and under Risk Areas it shows “No records to display.”
I would like to understand:
What are the prerequisites for Engagement Risk Scoring to work?
Is there any scheduled job or background process that calculates the Engagement Risk Rating?
Do internal or external assessments need to be completed before the risk score is generated?
Are there any specific configurations or tables (risk areas, weights, scoring rules) that must be enabled or populated?
Can this risk score be calculated manually, or does it only run via a scheduled job?
Any guidance on how to enable or trigger Engagement Risk Scoring so that values start appearing instead of N/A would be very helpful.
