Form Layout shows empty

Hello Experts,

I'm running into a strange issue on our instance. I have few fields on the form, but when i tried to add new fields using form layout, the form layout appears to be empty. It even doesn't show the fields that are already existing on the record.

Please find the attached screenshots. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That must be some other view on your form. Switch to others view name in form layout and check
