How I can add & symbol in Page header Caption -> Basic Configuration UI16

Hi Team,

I am trying to enter "&" symbols in the "page header caption". Unfortunately, the system gave me &

Scenario: 
My current page header caption in Basic Configuration UI16 is Page & Caption.

And the system shows me in the banner: Page & Caption.

Please advise me if is it possible to add & symbols in the page header caption or not.
IF YES,
Please give suggest me possible solution.
NO,
Please notify me of a reason for it.

Can you update the page header caption to "Page & Caption". This will result in the desired display of "Page & Caption" in the banner.
