how to add a a specific field forma table using a reference field

We have added custom fields on the location table to provide more information. I need to add one of those fields (Office building)  to the users form. 

how do i get that field to showing using the reference field type.

Could you please share what is the type of field(which created on location table) that you want to add on the user form?
