Open a change record , right click on header and go to configure , then to form layout

And then you get below screen, change the view to approval and make the changes and save

Adding to what others have said...

The UI Formatter "Approval Summarizer" points, by default to a view called "Approval".

If your record type does not have an "Approval" view, then the default view will be used, so what you can do is CREATE a new view called "approval", and then it will automatically get picked up by the Approval Summarizer formatter field.
