How to add the Report column in the subject of a scheduled Report

How to add the Report column in the subject of a scheduled Report ?

 

For example - If I have a report with the column category is "software" another record category is "Hardware".

 

Subject should be - CMT weekly report - software, Hardware

 

Could you please let me know if anyone can help here ?

If it is fixed value, you can hardcore but if it is dynamic , I doubt we have some thing OOTB available.
