How to auto approve time card and time sheet for particular one user?

Hi,

How to auto approve time card and time sheet for particular one user and state should also show approved once time sheet is submitted from the timesheet portal .

I have tried the below scripts but that state show only submitted for both time card and time sheet but it should be approved.

Can you please provide any business rules, It will be helpful.

Approver - XYZ

Why you need BR when work can be done with No code.

I tried Flow designer but not working as expected when i submit from the timesheet portal it should show in Time sheet and time card tables state: Approved.

Can you please help with the changes or update the flow, It will be helpful.
