How to change contents of "My Requests" in service portal view

Hello,

please see attached print screen - I need to change contents of the "My Requests" report view on service portal - need to customize data filter and choose particular column to be used.

Just wondering if this is supposed to be done via record producer or what is the correct way of doing this.

Hello Milan,

I guess, you have created custom widget "My Requests" and in widget, you have added report. You can go to widget modules and change the filter and column that needs to be displayed.

I assume you are using simple list widget for showing the list in portal. try to modify the "mobile" list view for the request item table (or as your requirement) to put the fields as your requirement. Ideally the list view pulls fields from mobile view.

Hi Milan,

I would suggest that you go to Widget Instances, Open the widget instance for My Incidents and change the following fields

 

 

 

Title: My Requests

 

Table: Requested Item

 

Filter: Active is true and other filters as required

 

 

 

Perform an Insert and Stay, This has created a new instance of simple list that you could add on your portal
