How to display values instead of "sys id" in the Email body?

I am sending an email through the flow designer. I want to populate the X (List Collector) field & Y (List Collector) field dynamically to the respective recipients.

This is the format I added for that two fields with the help of the data pill picker.

X: Trigger-Record Updated.....X

Y: Trigger-Record Updated.....Y

----------------------------

Result I got:

X: This field sys id

y: This field sys id

------------------------------

Kindly give me the solution how to populate the values of that list collector fields. Thanks in advance @Ankur Bawiskar

Take a look at this solution: List values in Flow Designer are showing as sys_ids instead of Values
