You can use form lay-out, or form design if you want to hide it from every one. If you want to put it based on condition then UI action is best.

@Koyel Guha Use a client script or a UI Policy to hide a specific field on the form. I can suggest a client script/ui policy if you could share a specific field name which you would like to hide.
