How to map requested by field to caller field for change request on Service Workspace operation

Hi,
I want to map requested by field to caller field for change request on Service Workspace operation i am able to map it through the below dictionary override but this is not working for service workspace operation, Can you pls suggest how to map requested by field to caller field list view of service workspace operation.

Hi @mania
Seems it is some OOTB and may be some disconnection in background. Logically it should work. Did you try in pdi with other field and try cache.do and check. Else log a Now Support Case.
