Hi @PRAGHATIESH S ,
You can achieve this via List Control.
- Navigate to System UI --> List Control.
- Search in Table column, with the table name on which the related list exists.
- Get the Related List/Label column from Update Personalized List (Gear icon).
- Try to find the related list/label of the related list you want to omit if empty.
- Open the record and set the field 'Omit if empty' to true.
Mark the response correct and helpful if the answer assisted your question.

So there you have it, others are also confirming what I already mentioned.
So give it a try. Good luck.

Hi there,
Have you tried configuring the related list, and checking the option "Hide if empty"?
Kind regards,

Just checked on an instance, on a Related List, Configure > List Control +
That's it, good luck.
