@Rajesh77 If your associated with an organisation which has a partner status with ServiceNow then you will be able to access the HRSD fundamentals and ITAM fundamentals course for free. If your organisation doesn't have such status then you will have to rely on the ServiceNow product-line documentation for HR  https://www.servicenow.com/products/hr-service-delivery.html#resources and ITAM https://www.servicenow.com/products/it-asset-management.html
